L’AIHV envisage la possibilité de soutien financier limité sous la forme de bourses pour les membres provenant de pays à bas revenu ou pour les étudiants. Si vous souhaitez poser votre candidature pour un soutien financier, vous êtes priés de contacter le Secrétariat de l’AIHV au plus tard en février 2009. Les bourses seront octroyées sur la base du besoin et du mérite à des membres dont les communications auront été approuvées et qui participeront et soumettront leurs communications à la publication.
Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the congress may write to the congress secretariat specifying the necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims explicitly at assisting delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress; it is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the congress organizers. The registration fee must be settled for delegates who wish to claim an invitation letter.

Shops are open Monday through Friday from 09.00 till 21.00. On Saturdays shops stay open from 09.00 till 15.00, while they are closed on Sundays. Supermarkets and kiosks may stay open till 22.00.
