Any cancellation received in writing to the Administrative Secretariat Symvoli Ltd before August 30th 2009 will receive a refund minus €50 for administrative charges. After this date, no refund will be made.
Only members of the AIHV are entitled to the reduced conference fee and one copy of the proceedings. Information on how to become a member is available from :
